We were very pleased with the Wray team. They were honest about what they thought we could expect to get for our home, and were willing to work with us so we could get closer to what we wanted. In the end, we got more than we expected! They really know the Cornell area market.

Also, they were available to speak to us at any time, every time we called. They took the time to answer our questions, and explain it in terms that anyone could understand.

The Way team helped to make the selling process much less stressful and also educational. We would absolutely recommend the Wray team to anyone selling their home!

I was hesitant to call Lynda & Paul as I thought they had the market cornered in realty so I thought I should give someone else the chance to earn money selling my house. However, I could not negate the fact that despite who ever the competition may have been, houses still sold faster with Lynda & Paul! I had to meet them to see what they were doing differently and how it may have benefited me. I was impressed the moment I met them. Professionalism and expertise stood out. As this was my first house to sell, I had many questions and they took the time to answer all of them. Although their commission was "high" (so I thought) compared to some others I has seen advertised, I believe the investment was worth it.
They have a very efficient team and they work to ensure a smooth sale from beginning to end. Everyone displayed the utmost professionalism, knowledge & were considerate to my personal demands and always willing to work with me on any matter. Enough can not be said for the many faces behind the scenes and for that, it was worth every penny.
